@westerncowgurl4eva … @westerncowgurl4eva And no you dont need the billet cover! Its not neccesary, i dont even know why she has one. I guess if you wanted to get one you could, but you really dont need it.
@westerncowgurl4eva … @westerncowgurl4eva No you dont need that extra saddle pad, you can use one, it just helps to make your horse more comfortable, espcially if they have high withers, or a sway back. =] I usually only use one, but sometimes i just randomly use both. Hope that helps! xD
hello, i am … hello, i am probably going to get an english saddle soon. But i have a question.
Do you have to have that second pad that you put on? is it required? does it hurt or harm your horse if you dont use it?
@HorsexxRiding yeah … @HorsexxRiding yeah hes my greeny lol. hes much better now. btw, this is horsiehowto on my other account. i forgot the password to this one! lol
@hifizrider1 hi … @hifizrider1 hi this is horsiehowto, i have just forgot the password to this account! lol. you can never tighten a girth too tight on a horse so that it will hurt them. they may get cranky, but it wont hurt them
Tightening the girth won’t ‘hurt’ your horse. Think of it as a belt on you, and making it snug against your waist. It doesn’t hurt, does it? Thats how a girth on a horse feels. Just becuase your horse is fat doesn’t mean it will hurt him.
Your horse is … Your horse is gorgeus! And thx this is really going to help when I go to a english ricing camp in a couple of days (I’ve only ridden bareback and western)
Do you think you … Do you think you could make a video of how to use a crop? Because i am new to riding, and i am not very good at stuff like that. and my instructor wants me to use it, but i don’t know how! So please help
hey.thanks for the … hey.thanks for the video, even if it was a bit fast, i still managed to follow it! i have got a loan horse,Charlie(you can see some vid of him on my channel ) and he is really chunkyand has a lot of extra flubber. i want to know if i am tightening the girth to tight because i don’t want im to be uncompfrtable when i ride.i can fit 2 fingers in between the girth but it is hard to gage because his saddle slipps a lot. my instructor/yard owner has told me for it to be 1 finger. what should i do?
Yeah it really … Yeah it really helps, coz i have to self – check tack and take off the saddle and stuff and let them out into the field, and i deliberately moved riding stables because they didnt want to teach me this at my old one, and i really want to learn and remember, and i dont want to be one of those spoilt kids who just want to ride, and not to bond or tack etc.
