I think a 420 is better for Beginners and Picos or Lasers are good for more advanced students… A 2 man Laser is good for racing though.

I took the basic …
I took the basic keel boat class at Offshore Sailing School and Kevin was my instructor! He was great, I had a lot of fun learning to sail with him, and he is a really good instructor. After that class my family went on a trip sailing in greece. I have to say that even just taking the basic class, what kevin taught me was more than enough to manage sailing around the islands. Still I would like to take one of Offshore’s more advanced classes with him someday.

More good sailers …
More good sailers start on a dingy. All input is quicker and the sailor has to react accordingly. Nothing like singlehanded dingy racing to grasp all points of sail.

the boat actually …
the boat actually looks like a good school boat… although I doubt you can call a sailing school “Offshore sailing school” teaching on that kind of yacht…
and the quality of the teaching is qas bad as the quality of the video… Frankly great idea to put your teaching on line, but that really needs to be prepared properly and done professionally
