Buffalo Saddlery is in about the SAME range as B bar B Saddlery. Both are made in Mexico and imported into the US.

There’s LOTS of saddles on ebay that are quality…

Here’s what Circle Y currently has listed on Ebay…

    Hi there!
THESE are CRAPPY Mexico Made saddles! We have one, but we DON’T use it…. IT is made poorly and I wouldn’t recommend it!

    I would look for a:
    Circle Y
    Crates
    Billy Cook
    Cactus
    Dale Chavez

USED is fine too…it will help the cost some, but these name brand saddles HOLD their value much more.

JUST make certain you ask about the bars (Quarter Horse, Semi, etc…) and the Gullet (Full Quarter is usually 6 3/4"-7")… AND make the seller guarantee that the tree is not cracked or broken…if you pick up a used one.

eBay has some good used ones from time to time, I just picked up a roping saddle, Billy Cook new would be $1200 and it looks to be used less than 12 times, and I got it for $840 with shipping…

LET me know if you need help!

    HAVE fun riding!

I’ve never had one.. but figured they are crappy. =]

My first saddle was a Rider’s Choice roping saddle. Absolutely awesome and verrry comfortable!

For some reason I can only find them on eBay.. so here you go!
There great quality and a whole hell of a lot cheaper than Circle Y, Tex Tan etc.
